What We Offer

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Private use of out door property

  • Two rooms for bride & groom parties. Each room is 1,000 sf with a half bath, two additional sinks & counter space

  • Full-length mirrors and huge windows that fill the rooms with natural light.

  • Water front view area for ceremony, cocktail and/or full reception, string lights included

  • Onsite parking

  • Catering prep room with sinks, and prep counters.  Designated mobile kitchen area available.

  • 11 hour rental time for Saturday & Sunday, typically begins at 12 pm on the day of the event. 7 hour rental time for Friday events.  Negotiable for earlier wedding times.

  • Same-day additional hours may be added to start of event as availability allows for $250/hr

  • The Guardian Venue on-site staff during event

  • Day-of wedding planner required (not included, we are happy to provide recommendations)

  • Your choice of location for ceremony and reception

  • Preferred vendor recommendations to help with planning

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings and vendors are responsible for leaving areas as they found them. 

  • Additional decor and equipment rentals are yours or the vendor's responsibility.

RATES & RESERVATIONS

Saturday – $5,000

Sunday – $4,500

Friday - $4,000 Start time may not exceed 3:30 pm. 

Midweek reservations are also available.  

To reserve The Guardian Venue, a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your event.
